Absolutely. We specialize in custom profile design and manufacture bespoke extrusion dies in-house. Our engineering team works closely with clients from concept through to final production, ensuring every specification is met with precision.
Standard extrusion dies are typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the approval of final drawings. Complex or multi-void dies may require additional time. We always confirm lead times with clients before production begins.
We offer a full range of surface treatments including clear anodizing, color anodizing (bronze, gold, champagne, and custom colors), and powder coating in any RAL color. All finishes go through rigorous quality checks for thickness, adhesion, and appearance.

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the profile complexity and alloy. As a general guide, standard profiles start from 500 kg per order. For custom profiles with new dies, we recommend discussing your volume requirements with our sales team to find the most cost-effective solution.
